Mary (Milie) Giotto, 86, of Vandergrift, passed away Tuesday, July 16, 2013 in Allegheny Valley Hospital, Natrona Heights.

Born, August 11, 1926 in Vandergrift, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Emelia (Pitaro) Milie. Mary lived in Vandergrift all her life, and was a graduate of Vandergrift High School. She also attended the University of Pittsburgh.

Mary was employed as an Insurance Agent for her family business, the Thomas Milie/Pennington/Robert McGeary Insurance and Real Estate Agency for many years, retiring in 1993, in addition to being a wonderful homemaker.

She was a member of St. Gertrude Roman Catholic Church, the former Rosary Society, and the Catholic Daughters of America.

Mary dearly loved her immediate and extended family and friends. She enjoyed cooking, baking, and watching her family enjoy the meals she prepared.

In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Sebastian "Busty" Giotto on October 21, 1994; brothers, Louis, Eugene, Vincent, and Mario Milie and daughter-in-law, Pauline (Receski) Giotto.

She is survived by her three sons, Joseph T. (Marie) Giotto of Derry; Thomas S. (Sandra) Giotto of Mt. Lebanon; Eugene A. (Jennifer) Giotto of Sewickley; grandchildren, Michelle, David, Sara, Lea, Gabriella, and Jake; brother, Robert J. (Josephine) Milie of Cranberry; sister, Frances (Milie) Pansa of Frederick, Maryland and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Thursday, July 18, 2013 from 1-4 and 6-8 P.M. in the Brady-Curran Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc. 429 Franklin Ave. Vandergrift, PA. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, July 19, 2013 at 10 A.M. in St. Gertrude Roman Catholic Church, Vandergrift with Father James Loew O.S.B. as celebrant. Private burial will take place in St. Gertrude Cemetery, Vandergrift.
